In using the Services, you may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Mailchimp). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as outlined in the SOW. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any material breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Manifest Communication and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Changes
Manifest Communication reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
